This is our beautiful "Monty" Mitsubishi Magna who will be our loyal
companion and home on our road trip around nearly every corner of Australia.
Bought in Townsville, Queensland, and 14 years of age, he has already done us
proud after a 10hour drive to Mount Isa to finish our final week of work.
Upfront we have the "Driver's zone", fully loaded with speakers, drink holders and even cruise control! Behind that comes the kitchen/lounge area, equipped with everything we will need from a gas stove to pee bucket (yes you read that right)! Best of all is our make shift bedroom, where we'll be chillaxing after all our driving... Pimp my ride or what??
We are setting off from Mount Isa early hours of the morning, amidst the 40 degree outback sun. Taking the 14hour trip west into the heart of the outback, better known as the 'Red Centre', we've booked our "Rock Tour" to begin on Tuesday 30th October 2012.
Get ready for some epic photos of what we see along way on our drive further into the outback!
